Oh, no, please not another Rusty Spotted Cat. What the hell does this tell you that Wikipedia doesn't? Phantom Hoover 17:03, 31 December 2008 (EST)
- Portrayal in a story, of course. --Irrational Atheist 17:16, 31 December 2008 (EST)
- This comic demonstrates how insane Wikipedia would become if every appearance of anything in anything else was written down - why does it matter that ninepin bowling appeared in a 19th century short story? Phantom Hoover 18:17, 31 December 2008 (EST)
- It really doesn't, other than it's something that appears as a major aspect of the scene that is supernatural in the story. The entire page I setup took less than half an hour, which shows how easily CP could create similar works for school kids if they just allowed experts in those fields to write the articles without worrying about ticking off admins or sysops with easily-bruisable egos. I'm not attached to any of the pages, but the policy of the template does say the person should state why it was added, rather than just posting it. --Irrational Atheist 20:27, 31 December 2008 (EST)
- Preferably yes. But if no reason is stated, you can assume that it's because the person adding the template couldn't see how the article would fit into any of the missions. Neither can I. wassaiLOId~ 20:29, 31 December 2008 (EST)
