2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

I had a long comment on that talk page, and Tweenk interspersed his replies, making the long comment very difficult to read. Instead of removing them (perhaps to below my comment), I left them in place and collapsed them, including my replies, and added descriptive section headers so each individual discussion could be picked up from page history. This was not preferential collapse, the original collapse was of Tweenk and my comments, and we continued discussing within those collapses. I mentioned this on Tweenk user talk, and he seemed fine with it. Your collapse, not having a descriptive title, was a discussion close, and it also disabled jump to section from history.

I have removed the collapses, I think it's less readable now, and not dissectable from history, so feel free to revert my removal if you choose. Thanks for your attention to fair and balanced discussion.

He hadn't responded to the comments for a week. Otherwise, they are tl;dr. Good day.
