If you originally wrote it for Wikipedia, which I assume you did under the same username, the WP version of the article is licensed under CC-SA and can be freely copied here with attribution since we have a compatible license. Conservapedia's license is a little hinkey in the sense that it purports to reserve some rights inconsistent with CC-SA. Just go export the WP version and you'll be fine.

With the exception of instances of fair use for commentary or satire, we usually avoid using CP material because (a) it's usually of abysmal quality and (b) Schlafly is known to send frivolous DMCA takedown requests. So it's worth it to save him the trouble by using the CC-SA version from WP even thought the CP license is so poorly drafted that you could probably do whatever you want with anything from CP except the pictures they've stolen.
