Note:  Providers who are part of a franchise operation must apply separately.   New Jersey requires that each "legal entity" submit an independent application.  In most cases, this means that each franchise must apply separately.  See Appendix D for definition of "legal entity."

Section B: Geographic Service Area

If approved, to be included on the NJ Annual State Approved SES Provider List all applicants must complete the selection of counties and districts where the provider wishes to operate.

[]ALL OF NEW JERSEY
(Making this selection means that the provider has the capacity to service every eligible district in the state.)

[]SELECT COUNTIES
(Making this selection means that the provider has the capacity to serve every eligible district in the selected counties.)

XSELECT DISTRICTS
(Making this selection means that the provider has the capacity to serve the eligible districts.)

NOTE:  The integrity of an SES provider's profile information is a priority because it is used by parents and districts to identify appropriate tutoring services for their students.  Verification of a provider's refusal or inability to service a district listed within the scope of services listed on the profile is cause for removal from the list of approved SES providers.  On an annual basis, providers may apply to the state for a revision to their profile (This is referred to as a change in scope).

NEW JERSEY SES PROVIDER APPLICATION

PART II, SECTION C - SUPPLEMENT

ADDITIONAL TESTIMONIALS

By [REDACTED]:

I have been in three of Mr. Schlafly's classes, and I have enjoyed and learned from each one. I have been able to observe my own progress and learning as the class goes on. I know I have improved with each class. Even though the classes are condensed down from a full-year course, there are still plenty of details and information. Most of the time in class is spent on real academics, not silly homework, so the focus is on the content. The classes provide a great educational atmosphere, and social opportunities, too. Thanks!

By [REDACTED]:

Personally, the classes I have participated in are the Persuasive Writing Course and the World History class. I found the writing class very helpful to me, and enjoyed writing about everything from the beach to controversial topics of the day. Mr. Schlafly did an excellent job presenting the material while not putting me to sleep when including a few grammar rules. And that I assure you is a sheer miracle, for grammar and I never got along well. The World History class which I am currently enrolled in is intriguing and well taught. So far I have attended only three classes, but I have come away with knowledge of three centuries thanks to Mr. Schlafly. Now, not only is he an excellent teacher, but he has created a website known as conservapedia, which, in my opinion is sheer genius. It has helped me countless times with my homework for his class, and research papers that I have had to write for my other classes. Because of its unbiased point of view, I can always trust that what I am reading is the truth. And in the line of work I wish to go into truth is everything, and your facts better be facts otherwise the opposing attorney will surely throw it back in your face 95% of the time.

By [REDACTED]:

When asked if I wanted to take Mr. Schlafly's U.S. History course my Sophomore year my answer was a resounding "Yes!" Few teachers are capable of the level of education Mr. Schlafly delivers on a routine basis. Having just enrolled in my fifth class taught by Mr. Schlafly, my satisfaction with the classes has been unparalleled. I had the chance to enroll in both Mr. Schlafly's persuasive writing course and a local community college's course on the same topic, I was astounded at the greater challenge, much higher level of mental stimulation, and chances for classroom interaction offered by Mr. Schlafly's class. I would recommend these classes to anyone who wants to see college-level course material poured out before them in such a way that it will be applicable to the world around them.

As the parent of a high school junior, I am in the throngs of carving an educational path for my daughter that will prepare her for the challenges of college. Andy Schlafly's classes were brought up at a homeschool meeting and recognizing the highly revered name, I inquired
