There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff — we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.
If everyone seeing this today donates $5, we will meet our goal for 2018.

Hello there, I have now decided to actually get involved in the wiki. I might start making edits, but if I do, I think I might focus on fixing spelling and grammar mistakes that I come across, because that's the kind of person I am. I don't know if I want to bear to responsibility of the being contributor of information that others might take to be true here, if that makes any sense. I am center-left, and I especially hate false dichotomies and lines of thinking that limit what the human mind thinks of.
I would like to be the creator of an internet or name law, depending on what you call it. Yes, there probably is some ego to it and maybe a version already out there.
Without proper evidence, the more something sounds like a conspiracy theory, the more likely it is to be false or misleading.Teurastaja (talk) 19:53, 1 March 2016 (UTC)
