Would it be at all possible to get the page title (The blue bar thing) in the screen cap? Pinto's5150 Talk 02:32, 29 September 2008 (EDT)

Erm, for diff links the answer is probably not, see the way the bot works is by rendering html with in a certain class. So I can grab just the diff image by rendering the diff table. To get the blue title I have to move up several layers and I wind up rendering all of the page content thus increasing time/bandwidth/filesize by about 5-10 fold each round. tmtoulouse 02:59, 29 September 2008 (EDT)
So basically not worth it. That's what I wanted to know, thanks. Pinto's5150 Talk 03:03, 29 September 2008 (EDT)
It is certainly something I will keep in mind and mull it over and see if any bright ideas come to mind. As I said the gist of what I tried to do was optimize minimalism with the screen grabs. Maybe some other idea will come to mind, but may take a while, automating screen shots is a fairly complicated processes and I have had to learn a whole lot of new stuff to get it working. Much like the original wigo, I hope that in a few months time I will have learned even more and can do an even better job. tmtoulouse 03:06, 29 September 2008 (EDT)
You do an excellent job as it is. This bot works perfectly, it was just something I was wondering. And really, the minimalism is nice. Pinto's5150 Talk 03:56, 29 September 2008 (EDT)
First, let me say this looks GREAT, then seeing as the pictures only take a few KB this probably won't matter too much but if memory size ever becomes a problem we can also use this thing I've suggested before, it's a chore to use manually but maybe it's possible to automatize it? We should ask permission first though. NightFlarei haz a talk page. 09:38, 29 September 2008 (EDT)

Yes, looks great - minor quibble - is there anyway to get the difflink tacked onto the image? (Not as a link, but to show what it illustrates - although, of course, you are adding it as a link in the image description file, so...). Yah, looks great. I would use "img" instead of "image" on the link to save a little space? Or "see"? Or use "sup" and "small"? ħumanUser talk:Human 15:25, 29 September 2008 (EDT)
