Pleez ixplain. Humour? Marginally Less Chaos!Audacity! 17:39, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
Explain, what the facts, Research by the Institute for Jewish and Community Research showed that there is a link in anti-semitism and liberalism--DanS 17:40, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- Utter nonsense. "Liberalism" is a wildly diverse (and somewhat syncretistic) concept -- there is no possible way of analyising it for such correlations. Marginally Less Chaos!Audacity! 17:44, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- I Can link to their study if you want me to--DanS 17:45, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

- It doesn't seem to mention that "because they are less likely to be educated" part. Could you point me to it? Marginally Less Chaos!Audacity! 18:01, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

- After it says that there is a negative correlation with education and wealth, and anti-semitism, it says "Deeper analysis shows that the observed partisan contrasts are largely a function of socio-economic differences—higher education and income of Republicans relative to Democrats" --DanS 18:10, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- Well, firstly you have translated that a little liberally(Pun not intended) in your phrasing.
- And secondly, that doesn't sound like the most reliable of statistics to me. Who are these people? What are their qualifications? What is their reputation in the academic world? Marginally Less Chaos!Audacity! 18:14, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

- Page 27? It says that surveyed Democrats (not the same thing as Liberals necessarily) surveyed averaged 1.6 anti-Semitic beliefs vs. 1.3 for Republicans. Break out the swastikas and panzers, us Liberals are invading Poland! :-P
- (But it is an odd result. The writers mention this is a reverse of previous studies.) --Gulik 18:11, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

- In Britain, anti-semitism is synonymous with liberalism --DanS 18:13, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- Someone should tell them that. (Note: They might be a bit surprised.) Marginally Less Chaos!Audacity! 18:14, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- In Britain, anti-semitism is synonymous with liberalism --DanS 18:13, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- Wut? Anyway, this is total bullshit. What this study says is that there is a higher frequency of anti-Semitism among Democratic voters - not "liberals" - as well as among the less educated and poorer segments of the population. Without knowing for certain, I would assume that these factors are related, since the Democratic party probably tends to attract more poor voters than the Republicans. --AKjeldsenCum dissensie 18:15, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- You yourself the data sounds reliable, so why do you keep on removing it from the Liberal article--DanS 18:17, 31 July 2008 (EDT)
- BECAUSE NOT ALL DEMOCRATS ARE LIBERALS. Capiche?
- Did you know Christians are predisposed to commit felony crimes? It's true--there's MANY more Christians in prison in the US than atheists!
- Now--Can you find the flaw in my reasoning, and can you apply it to the quote you're mining? --Gulik 18:21, 31 July 2008 (EDT)

- Ok, now I know it's defective. Your supposed mind-reading device completely failed to pick up the all-consuming CP mantra: "Librals r teh Suck", which was specifically crafted to block CIA mind-control beams, mindreading machines, and disconfirming facts when recited nonstop.
