There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity. |

Conservapedia talk:Differences with Wikipedia
Move individual differences to subpages[edit]
The organization of these pages should be improved by putting the information about the individual differences in subpages of this page. ListenerXTalkerX 03:27, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
- Or trimmed into short subsections of the same page, in the spirit of a less CP-centric wiki? P-Foster (talk) 03:32, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
- De-CP-ification should not really apply to the Conservapedia space, but the current pages are short enough that we probably do not even need to trim anything.

- Shit, if they're short enough, then yeah, cram them all onto one page. P-Foster (talk) 03:46, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
- Should there be redirects where the old articles were, instead of just deleting them? Please? September Storm (talk) 04:55, 29 May 2011 (UTC)
- There were only a handful of links to the subpages on the whole Wiki; I just redirected them all.

- Checking BorkedRedirects shows no loss. Keep 'em axed, sez I. 05:07, 29 May 2011 (UTC) C®ackeЯ
- What about links and bookmarks out there in the big wide world? I think SS has a good point, and how hard is it to do anyway? ħuman

- If you think it is worth it, just restore the sixteen pages and change them to redirects into the consolidated page. There were links to each one in Template:Cp diff wp.

The Spurious .org Argument[edit]
As I mentioned in my edit summary, anyone can own a .org domain. Absolutely anyone. Look at the very much for-profit Slashdot.org sometime. There is no way to fix the argument, as it is, at the very most, uninteresting trivia based on a coincidence. —207.196.183.211 (talk) 07:46, 13 September 2011 (UTC)
