I kind of feel sorry for Andy. It must be disheartening for a professional to perform so badly in a case. I would like to think that most lawyers know their limits and would not put themselves into such a position. Hamster (talk) 05:08, 28 May 2010 (UTC)

I think perhaps your sympathy is misplaced. This is probably the only chance he will get to argue before the supreme court of a state - surely a highlight in any lawyers career. He can only play the hand he is dealt, and anyway, this whole process probably has more to do with publicity and scoring political points than in actually winning. --DamoHi 05:15, 28 May 2010 (UTC)
Speaking of hands, is the man unable to keep them still? Webbtje (talk) 22:19, 20 October 2010 (UTC)
Knowing Andy he probabley thinks he did an amazing job and lost the case due to Liberal bias--BenB (talk) 11:46, 21 October 2010 (UTC)

RE: namespace[edit]

There's no reason for this to be in the CP namespace. A bunch of right-wing nutjobs trying to recall an elected official because of his free votes in a democracy? It's related to the mission, it's of general# interest to people who don't give a shit about CP, and it isn't a bad article which could easily be slightly deconservapediafied. better yet, perhaps Andy (Or Andy outside CP) deserves his own name space. My guess is that it is here only because of Andy (We don't seem to have people paying enopugh attention on the other cases that isn't led by Andy). [[User:K61824|]][[User_talk:K61824|]] 07:00, 19 November 2010 (UTC)
