- Ah, but less collaboration. :-) Also, if you're just going with historical facts it's not going to be very controversial. --BobNot Jim 08:58, 24 September 2009 (UTC)
- Well, that's true :( I didn't really see this as being article material, though, and even though I never got to my point, it was really an expanded talk page post. Hopefully I'll remember what my reason for writing it was soon and add that. ħuman

This article is very weak.[edit]
You need help and I can help you make this essay better.
I consider myself an expert of nuclear weapons since my time as a technician with the 341st Strategic Missile Wing at Malmstrom AFB, Montana.
"Germany terrorized Britain with the U2 - dynamite on a stick, with no pilot to kill."
The German ballistic missile of WW2 was called the V-2. The U-2 was a high-altitude CIA spy plane.
"A missile launched from northern Asia, or Northern America, would take roughly eight or so hours to reach its destination."
Not true at all. A land based ICBM like the Minuteman III has a flight time of 25 to 30 minutes. The Trident D5 SLBM has a flight time of 13 minutes for most targets.
Also you left out lots of important things like MIRs and ABM systems. Moonshot926 (talk) 19:59, 25 March 2012 (UTC)
