- I originally wrote this not long after starting to watch Game of Thrones. It got me thinking about the extra dimensions to the pretentiousness around the death penalty. The idea about using prisoners as target practice for special forces is a far older idea, though. Why normal execution is perfectly fine but that's somehow "monstrous" is beyond me. bomination 04:33, 31 January 2012 (UTC)

I think the part at the end is just supposed to be a sarcastic quip, but wouldn't it be more akin to manslaughter if the prosecutor wasn't aware of guilt? 76.106.251.87 (talk) 23:01, 17 May 2013 (UTC)
