Essay talk:Why Rachel Maddow Sucks
Okay, so she's a liberal pundit. Slow news day elsewhere? bomination 16:13, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
- Part of the reason this essay exists is that I happen to have an insatiable hatred of the mass media, and many of the other mass media clowns/idiots/assholes/pundits/demagogues/drug-addicts/etc. are already widely spoken about as such. Maddow is largely unbroken ground. Rand0 (talk) 16:25, 8 April 2012 (UTC)

"Here she is using her show to advertise for the IPad"[edit]
So, capitalism exists. Wow. I never would have realized. P-Foster Talk "Armed with the knowledge of our past we can charter a course for our future"--MX 16:24, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
- obvious troll is obvious Rand0 (talk) 16:26, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
- Not really trolling, people do advertising deals and stuff like that all the time. No one really cares, surely you can dig up far more interesting dirt on Maddow. bomination 16:30, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
"Partisan-baiting"?[edit]
Seriously? A self-identified left-wing commentator says provocative things about the right and that's baiting? Also, here's a hint, dummy: A link farm of YouTube videos =/= an "essay. I don't have time to watch the hours of Maddow that you're going to put up here in 10-minute-long clips with vague captions to try to figure out what exactly has your knickers in a twist. Write something smart with some analytic depth or stop wasting server space. P-Foster Talk "Armed with the knowledge of our past we can charter a course for our future"--MX 16:44, 8 April 2012 (UTC)
Shorter version.[edit]
Rachel Maddow works for the mass media. Some guy has the impression that people think she's something else, but has nothing to back that up. Mass media is beholden to advertiser dollars. Here's some videos of Rachel Maddow, on her mass-media show. See how she's working for the mass media?
