This is where you live? If so, you will be one of the first people against the wall when the revolution finally comes, to quote Douglas Adams. PFoster 16:44, 12 December 2008 (EST)

It was cheaper than buying a place in town and it was also only a bare field when I moved in. Redchuck.gif ГенгисYou have the right to be offended; and I have the right to offend you. 17:13, 12 December 2008 (EST)
BTW, I've worked for over 35 years to accumulate this. And funnily enough Douglas Adams and I share the same birthdate. Redchuck.gif ГенгисYou have the right to be offended; and I have the right to offend you. 17:46, 12 December 2008 (EST)
Hey--I was just ribbin' you. It looks like an awesome place. PFoster 17:53, 12 December 2008 (EST)
I know. We moved out of London the week after the great storm and market crash of 1987. Everyone said that we'd miss the big city but having a garden, watching the wildlife, growing your own fruit and veg is almost a religious experience. It keeps you in touch with the Earth and if there was a God, then this would get you closer to him than any man-made church. One of my greatest pleasures has been something as simple as tying in my raspberry canes on warm summer day while supping a bottle of red wine in the company of my dogs and listening to the larks overhead. Then a barbecue with sweetcorn fresh from the plant; homegrown asparagus, salad and tomatoes followed by just-picked warm strawberries and local cream. That's paradise! And if it's not paradise at least it sounds like a better dinner than mine. Carptrash 19:21, 12 December 2008 (EST)
