Fun:Books are evil

I'm sick of this anti-Internet rhetoric painted in some rose-colored view of the past that's gotten famous nowadays. The same thing can be done with books by citing Adolf Hitler's My Struggle and how we aren't ready for books:
In the good old days, the village idiots would just get laughed at and that would be it. But now, the idiots can use postal mail and books to communicate and organize, and suddenly there are thousands of idiots in a place instead of a few. While in the past people like Hitler would not have risen to power due to local communities discouraging beliefs like those held by him, now they can just purchase books anonymously, and contact each other by mail, slowly being radicalized without anyone knowing. This represents a grave danger to local communities and humanity at large, thus they should be banned.
See? Before you think that's a good argument, actually, no, it's not. It's a dogshit-level argument that argues for the elimination of private communications.
