Latvia has trees.[1]

Quite a lot of trees, in fact.

Places with more trees than Latvia[edit]

Although hardly as many trees[2] as, say, Finland.

Or Russia. Now there's a country with a lot of trees.

As a matter of fact, Russia has so many trees that you can cross the country from one end to the other, and never see a single forest. That's pretty amazing.

Places without many trees[edit]

Greenland, on the other hand, does not have many trees.

Neither does Libya, or Egypt or Algeria or....
