2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Stallman's reaction[edit]

I sent Stallman an email about this; he responded:

It is better written than most such pastiches. However, this form is rather tired, so you need to be a very good writer to get good results with it.
Turning to the substance, I'm glad that the writer supports the free software movement. I think his criticism of Torvalds is a bit too harsh, though.

He apparently missed that I was attempting a send-up of his own squabbles with Torvalds. Mjollnir.svgListenerXTalkerX 05:36, 7 November 2012 (UTC)

Move Revelation to Deuteronomy, need mention of the End of the Serpent[edit]

Revelation needs to be about the days when the serpent will control the world, and force everyone to bear his mark (the four multicolored squares), the Rapture of the true believers in free software, the Great Tribulation where the right to read will be infringed upon, and the Final Battle between the Serpent and the Titan, followed by the Kingdom of GNU.
