RationalWiki talk:Drink counter
The Bartender/Restaurant owner might want to post the "hours of operation" on the masthead. Just sayin', is all. ħuman 05:02, 9 May 2009 (UTC)
Also also, using the same sub-headers in different sections isn't a great idea. After editing one will get returned to the first instance, which can be confusing once the page gets longer. I'd suggest adding "2" or "table 2" (etc.) to each of the subsections (orders, chatter, etc.). ħuman 19:22, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
Delete?[edit]
The joke has run its course and no one cares, shall we just make this go bye-bye? ħuman 00:08, 4 June 2009 (UTC)
Can this be deleted/merged/redirected to one of the other bars? I think there are enough to go around by now, & this one appears to be abandoned. WeaseloidMethinks it is a Weasel 10:24, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- No, it cannot be deleted, as it is to all intents and purposes a talk page. Time wisest Hoover! 10:29, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- But wasn't it you who suggested deleting the Hot_l Baltimore? Weaseloid

- We could archive what is there, add the archive links to this talk page and place this in the talk for deleted pages cat. - π 10:35, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- Sounds complicated. I guess we could just leave it hanging since pretty much nothing links here anymore. Weaseloid

- Maybe we should make a new namespace, "defunct" or "archive" or something, for items like this? Then it could be moved there, complete and with its history, and no one would mistake it for a "current project"? Just an idea. Otherwise, yeah, just let it sit here. It's not hurting anything. ħuman

- I saw a "this page is no longer in use" boilerplate thing somewhere the other day. I'll have a look for it. Totnesmartin 21:21, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- here we go! Template:Historical looks useful. Shall we go with that? Hanging a sign up is much easier than all that demolition and archiving stuff. Create a namespace for stuff that will never get used? Er, thanks but no thanks. Totnesmartin 21:24, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
- Yeah, that's a good solution. I forgot all about that template. Although, the wording is a bit off for this use. Should we make a slightly different version for here? ħuman
