Recipe:Goat burger
Although many American vacationers don't realize it, this is a Central American favorite.
Ingredients[edit]
- 2 lbs goat meat, ground
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp H & P sauce
- black candles
Directions[edit]
Light candles with appropriate incantation to the Dark Lord. Combine all other ingredients in a chilled metal or ceramic bowl. Salt and pepper to taste, unless you live in Britain, in which case, don't taste raw beef or you may end up bat-shit crazy. Form into 1/3 lb patties.
Use whatever substance you prefer to start a fire and grill for approximately 3 minutes per side. Serve with buns, and any condiments desired.
