Complicated

The term seems to be used both in Nigeria and the USA. In Nigeria it's a religious movement, but there's arguments about who invented it. In the USA, it's used as an insult in the competition to hate on Muslims more than anyone else, but there may be genuine believers too. Annquin (talk) 11:32, 15 March 2016 (UTC)
