need to define complex and specified - honestly I didnt follow the stuff in Dembskis paper. Shneider does a good job I think of clarifying just what CSI is measuring and explaining that. I dont have the maths to follow it :(

- Specific and specified information are terms regularly met in different fields like information processing and intellectual property to name two. You haven’t a clue what is required to get that label.
