Prototype theory[edit]

Re: the reference added to Rosch, I'm wondering if we should make a separate page for prototype theory, or make it a subsection on this page. They are very closely related. Nebuchadnezzar (talk) 22:01, 26 July 2013 (UTC)

I would tend toward separate pages with links pointing at each other. Probably not a great idea to make them subsections of Cognitive science. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 22:11, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
I've made a start at Prototype theory in my user space. Feel free to mutilate or improve it, as you like. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 03:58, 27 July 2013 (UTC)

It is in mainspace now, at Prototype theory. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 19:09, 29 July 2013 (UTC)

The universe?[edit]

"...this happens to be exactly how the universe functions, too."

Claiming that the universe categorises things based on loose resemblance seems like an unsupportable anthropomorphism. Not sure what the author was trying to say here. Sprocket J Cogswell (talk) 22:11, 26 July 2013 (UTC)
