If there was a first and it's called the first, there must have been others... If I am not mistaken during one of these, there was a part of upstate New York that was called the "burnt over district" as so many "religious revivals" had taken place there Avengerofthe BoN (talk) 22:44, 29 August 2015 (UTC)
