Uhh... Wikipedia does currently state that glutamate, as opposed to glutamic acid, is the amino acid used in biology. Granted, the change is recent but still, you're pretty behind. And the talk page says that the two terms are used interchangably. What's your point? ThunderkatzHo! 13:50, 15 August 2007 (CDT)

- How about a redirect to [Chinese restaurant syndrome]? That could make for a good article -- I know there's a lot of question as to exactly what causes it, so an examination of the subject would fit right in here.
