Talk:In vitro meat
this article is pretty shaky. a glance at wiki shows some of the facts are quite off (I fixed a few that were glaringly obvious), but I know almost nothing about it other than wiki...--En attendant Godot 03:25, 31 August 2011 (UTC)
- The article seems sourced not from what is listed, but rather from an article that I remember reading myself three weeks ago. I'll have to check around and see if I can find it.--

- Here we go. New Yorker article, NPR discussion of the same, and subsequent discussion of rebranding. I'll work some of this stuff in.--

You have to admit...[edit]
That PETA contest is pretty admirable. Osaka Sun (talk) 05:18, 28 November 2011 (UTC)
- PETA may be misguided, but that doesn't mean they can't also do good things or hold moral views. Fuckertalk to me :D 16:28, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
How do you do that then?[edit]
Under "benefits" the paragraph ends: "These benefits must be weighed, however, against the possible problems caused by the alternative industrial production method, which remain unknown."
I'm wondering how one would go about weighing the potential benefits against something utterly unknown.--Weirdstuff (talk) 07:26, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
- You simply study them first to get rid of the 'unknown' tag. Nullahnung (talk) 07:36, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
- Then "will have to be" would be better than "must". Because as it's written it implies "now".--Weirdstuff (talk) 08:29, 9 September 2013 (UTC)
