Talk:Napoleon Bonaparte
Mission?[edit]
It seems like this would be appropriate for talking about Authoritarianism, but there doesn't appear to be much in the article (I'm no expert on the man). -- Seth Peck (talk) 17:44, 27 March 2012 (UTC)
The blithering stupidity of attacking Russia suggests otherwise; but that's what you get for starting a land war in Asia.[edit]

Idiocy about attacking Russia[edit]
Yes it was incredibly stupid of him to attack Russia, but he didn't really have much of a choice, so knowing that it would probably ruin his empire, he chose to attack anyway'Legionwhat do you want from me 02:18, 28 April 2016 (UTC)
Hagiography[edit]
This entire thing is a hagiography about the authoritarian destroyer of the republic and its principles (therefore putting republican aspirations back to being 'utopian') and the man who reinstated slavery, previously abolished (this is completely ignored in the article, and passed off as 'normal'). And that's serious criticism, not Ridley Scott bullshit. It needs rewriting. New world (talk) 20:37, 14 July 2024 (UTC)
