Talk:Sedona Method
"Self-administered Psychotherapy?"[edit]
First, when working with a coach, Sedona Method releasing is not self-administered at all. Releasing without coach feedback at the beginning usually leads to confusing nonresults, much like hitting tennis balls without coaching when you've never done it.
Next, it bears very little resemblance to talk therapy/professional counseling. It allows very little talking by the subject, by comparison. Does our rationalist side then wink at its being called self-administered psychotherapy?98.33.166.130 (talk) 00:22, 17 May 2020 (UTC)
