Talk:Word of God
I can't really see how the idea that the Bible is the "word of God" necessarily presupposes the latter two things mentioned in this article. It is quite possible to believe that it is the word as interpreted by humans, for instance, which would lead to some quite different conclusions. --AKjeldsenPotential fundamentalist! 14:20, 30 June 2008 (EDT)
- Should the title really be in quotes? ħuman

Word of God in Media[edit]
I feel like there should be some kind of reference to "word of god" as used in informal, secular contexts. This TV Tropes page should explain what I mean for those who don't know.
Do others agree? If so, would it be its own section or what?
- I don't see that the TV Tropes usage of "word of God" (as described in their article) is really reflective of actual, everyday colloquial use of the phrase "word of God". Their definition seems highly specific to fandoms, for one. Reverend Black Percy (talk) 13:41, 4 April 2017 (UTC)
