There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity. |
Fighting pseudoscience isn't free. We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $10, $20 or whatever you can today with ![]() ![]() |

Usage
The {{more}} tag, when inserted in an article, looks like this[more detail please] and links to this page. It means one of two things:
- What was just asserted in the text is not being questioned, but we'd love to see some supporting references.
- The author at the time didn't have the time to detail or support their assertion sufficiently, and is begging your help to make sure it is appropriately treated.
In either case, your immediately dropping whatever you are doing, researching the matter to the best of your ability, and giving us more details, is the Most Important Thing in the World.
