- "chap=John|pass=3:28" oh my fucking god. John is a book not a chapter. 3 is the chapter and 28 is the verse. No wonder I couldn't get this thing to fly. WeaseloidMethinks it is a Weasel 01:40, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
I've tinkered around so it now goes like this: {{bible|John|3|28}} = John 3:28. If no verse is selected, it will just go to the beginning of the chaper, but the : still appears: John 3:1. I tried to fix this with a load of #if clauses but couldn't get it to run. Ideally all those Bible pages should have chapters as headings (e.g. John 3) as well as the individual verses as subheadings. WěǎšěǐǒǐďMethinks it is a Weasel 19:02, 20 November 2010 (UTC)
