RationalWiki's 2019 Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff – we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

If everyone seeing this today donates $5, we will meet our goal for 2019.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.
We are 100% user-supported! Help and donate $5, $20 or whatever you can today with PayPal Logo.png!

Template talk:EligibleVoters

Why? Seriously, you are making this overcomplicated and this is unncessary templatecruft. I also think it's best to keep the two sets eligibility criteria separate entirely. Sterile (talk) 12:54, 14 January 2015 (UTC)

ADD:It's also not a given that the eligibility requirements will change. I think it's probably better to have them accurate to the year's criteria then having them automatically change, which will be confusing. Sterile (talk) 13:22, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
Overcomplicated: Not sure how this is complicated?
Unnecessary templatecruft: The template makes voting requirements standard across a few pages, which, like having a standard mission template, seems useful.
Separate: If you wanna make another template, go ahead. Otherwise, this template accurately reflects the voting requirements for RW's two non-universally-open voting systems.
Requirements changing: I'm not sure what you mean here.

It's not a given that the eligibility requirements in 2014 will be the same as in 2015 or in 2016. Sterile (talk) 14:31, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
Then we can change the template, and it will update all the pages instead of us having to manually do each one... ? FuzzyCatPotato!™ (talk/stalk) 16:45, 14 January 2015 (UTC)
