There were problems with edit conflicts. For some reason the bot was overwriting other people's edits even though it was supposed to detect edit conflicts and rerun for the new edits since the bot started checking. Pywikipedia didn't support detecting edit conflicts the way nxbot required it, so I had to patch it, but it didn't work and I just gave up/moved on to other things. Also, the code that handles edit conflicts is intelligent and doesn't force the bot to start all over again, but it's untested and may or may not work.
