Homicide is the legal term for the act of killing a human being. Kinds of homicide include murder, manslaughter, and suicide. Homicide is not always malicious or performed as a result of anger.
Murder: Intentional and Malicious Homicide[edit]
Murder is the crime of killing another human being with premeditated intent and malice to kill. If you plan to kill anyone, that is unethical because he or she has the right to life.
Manslaughter: Involuntary and/or Negligent Homicide[edit]
Manslaughter is the act of killing someone without the intent to kill them and by neglecting the fact that if a certain action is committed toward the person, he or she will die.
