Hi!

I am very excited about rationalwiki.

My name is Eric and I am a DECEITFUL LIBERAL who is destroying America by not supporting prayer in school, young earth creationism, persecution of homosexuals, robbing a woman of control of her body, President Bush, and believing in global warming, evolution, relativity, the truth and goats.

As our circle of knowledge expands, so does the circumference of darkness surrounding it. - Albert Einstein

I believe that although sometimes it seems easy, there are times when it takes courage to expand our circle of knowledge and recognize the circumference of darkness. I try to live my life always willing to expand my circle.

It is the fear of what would be in the expanded circle and the fear of what is outside it that keeps so many people afraid of science. This is how I view the people at Conservapedia. I think they are simply afraid to expand their circle of knowledge past the size it was in the Middle Ages. The only way to expand your circle is to think rationally and learn new things. I feel that here, at Rational Wiki, we do this, and I can forgive the bias towards being rational.

After a few minor edits, I devoted my first project to the article on falsifiability, expanding it and making it more hospitable to goats.

I would really appreciate it if someone would point me in a direction and perhaps tell me an area that many people would like to see work in. I am interested in both science and U.S politics.

My political compass, by the way, is not 0,0. I haven't taken the test in months, and I need to take it again sometime to find out what my score is.
