Hey?[edit]

Can you stop? You sound absolutely insane with the stuff you are arguing, you know that?Keter (talk) 11:25, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

How is it my fault that you've spent so much time in an echo chamber that things like telling you not to blame a group for something that happened before the group was formed, and the burden of proof, sound insane to you? Get your house in order. 192.249.132.237 (talk) 11:28, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

Mm, so bullying and banning people who disagree with you is how you roll when they start busting holes in your lies? Good to know. The groupthink is worse here than anywhere I've ever seen, and lies are winning out over truth. I'll stick to places with some semblance of sanity from now on, enjoy your echo chamber.

Bro, you've been throwing ad-homs and insults left right and center, and showing a glaring inability to hold actual discussions, as opposed to just clogging up the site with words. that's worth a tempban, which is what I dished out. So much for the person who was "so terribly afraid of this disposable IP address losing access to a cesspit of propagandist bullies", huh? Also, you forgot to sign. :) - Kitsunelaine 「Beware. Three Flounces, You're Out of Here[edit]

This is even funnier because 192 apparently can't even recognise that User:Keter is a fellow Gator... Queexchthonic murmurings 11:35, 11 December 2015 (UTC)

I deny the legitimacy of crazy regardless of origins. All this guy is doing is trying to pull the crank to the right. — Unsigned, by: Keter / talk / contribs
Pulling the crank to the right? So... Gamergate, then? Queexchthonic murmurings 12:17, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
Me or him? I just want the questionable shit Doubledragon fought to keep up because of his neurosis gone. There are plenty of valid arguments to be made against GG, Ryulong just decided to bury them with he-said she-said sources, strawmen and obvious clickbait before justifying it with "You agree with me or you're teh eminy" rhetoric.Keter (talk) 12:30, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
All of GG. It's just the latest brand name slapped on the open sewer of reactionaries that's been stinking up the internet for years. The only notable aspect is how it used tribalism to drag in more nominal supporters, who either left in disgust at seeing what they'd joined or were duly inducted into racist, sexist shite alongside the rest. It's no coincidence that GG plays so well with far-right sites like the Daily Stormer, or slightly-less-far-right sites like Breitbart. Whatever Rylong's failings, their criticisms were largely on point. It's part of the silliness of GG that whenever you point out a specific problem with it, a different wing swoops out of the ether and claims it's a straw man when it really, really isn't. That's the issue with movements and groups that consist of sect-based blobs. Agg (As defined by the people who spend a substantial time talking about how it sucks, rather than anyone who goes "Leave me out, don't want to support it") At least did divide itself into several communities with different views and emphasise that, from the Gamergate Wikipedians, /r/gamerghazi and so on. /r/KiA is literally no different from Ralph Wiggums Politics Blog or 8chan. And honestly, Rylong's failings weren't minor. He consistently fell into "My side can do no wrong" thinking that GG is and should continue to be laughed for. But this article isn't about what spooky skeletons the Antis have in closets, it's about the failings of GG and rebuttals to claims. Pointing out Neogaf shittery and Leigh's diatribes about hoodrats on twitter is for the claims article to sort out.Keter (talk) 13:21, 11 December 2015 (UTC)
