If you read the context of the paragraph you are editing and read the referenced article at the end of the sentence, you'll notice it's a direct quote from Dr Amitava Banerjee (that is to say, something they very specifically wrote in their own words). If you feel it's factually inaccurate, we aren't the ones to be taking it up with.

So this scientist misconstrued, and got wrong, what the research actually states, and you are going to hand off, and say its not your problem?
