Rama, also known as Frederick Lenz (February 9, 1950 – April 12, 1998) was a fraudster who claimed to be an "enlightened zen master." He committed suicide by drowning at the age of 48, leaving behind an estate worth an estimated $23 million. He was widely perceived as a cult leader.
