U.S. Industrialization prior to the Industrial Revolution and its role in the Ameican Revolution[edit]

According to Wikipedia the Industrial Revolution began in 1760, however, the following industrialization of the U.S. took place prior to the American Revolution and likely played a part in the American Revolution because first mills were created in the corporate charter colonies of New England where businessman obtained the right of self-governing under contract with the king until he took it back and initiated the American Revolution as a result.
