I made an account just because I thought this would be a nice touch to the article. Personally I don't know anything about the procedures involved in making edits on this site though so I figured I'd just leave the info here and at least see what people do with it.

Basically I heard through a KOCH industries administrative employee who overheard a conversation that one of his bosses was having that Charles Koch's son, Charles Chase Koch, killed someone when he was 16 when he ran a red light in Wichita. I guess Charles went to great lengths to keep his son out of trouble and keep it hush, and it seemed to work for the most part. I can only find a couple different sources for the specific incident online. The kid's name was Zachary Seibert.

I suppose at some level there might be altruistic reason not to make it mainstream out of respect for the family of the deceased, but on the other hand I figure that anything that Charles Koch goes out of his way to hide should at least brought to the light.

Here's a newspaper article on it that made it through the purge. https://news.google.com/newspapers?nid=2199&dat=19940112&id=wLUyAAAAIBAJ&sjid=quYFAAAAIBAJ&pg=5917,3493458&hl=en

Alright I'll do that later, and yeah I was just providing unnecessary background I figured this was just a forum for questions, I wasn't planning on putting anecdote into an article.
