I'm polishing up the article on cryonics, prompted by a friend's blog posts (he's a sceptical atheist trying to understand the secondary evidence on a field he knows little or nothing about).

Can anyone add to it? Particularly any referenced lists of the known problems that would need to be solved to get from here to there. - David Gerard (talk) 19:23, 14 February 2010 (UTC)

I had a quick read through cryobiology on Wikipedia, I suppose I could add something into it. There's perhaps some urban legends about it. Walt Disney, for instance, wasn't frozen, he was cremated a year before the first person was "successfully" frozen. Scarlet A.pngtheist 19:44, 14 February 2010 (UTC)
I went looking for religious condemnation and only found Alcor's page reassuring prospective Christian customers that the Bible was A-OK with living forever through weird science. Though that page did claim their work was "scientific" and compared cryonics to heart surgery - presumably through a process of ripping hearts that have just had a heart attack out of the chest and putting them in liquid nitrogen - so that was most useful - David Gerard (talk) 01:07, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

More ideas and notes for the article on talk:cryonics. Cheers to Armondikov and other participants :-) - David Gerard (talk) 01:14, 15 February 2010 (UTC)

The article appears to have settled down into metastability. What would it need to be featurable? - David Gerard (talk) 10:03, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
