Also getting rid of the show/hide button isn't so trivial either, since allowing inline javascript by editors would be dangerous it is added dynamically by an onload hook in the common js file. Not so sure about helpnav, actually. I think that where it is (on help pages) people probably want to see it expanded. However, evonav, eg, could get very long, and might be a good place to start.
