Delete[edit]

The process is pages are deleted by discussion on the talk page, so what is this.--Ipatrol 09:20, 17 February 2009 (EST)

Very old is what it is. It's not doing any harm by staying around, unless people are getting confused. ArmondikoVpostate 09:26, 17 February 2009 (EST)
I wasn't aware of this page. It probably should be deleted, since the standard deletion process is to discuss on talk page & use the category, which puts them in a pages-for-deletion category. This is redunadant & could become confusing if somebody finds it & starts using it again. WèàšèìòìďWeaselly.jpgMethinks it is a Weasel 09:30, 17 February 2009 (EST)
While true, I think this does attempt to keep track of what we have deleted in the past and why. Which is a very Wikipedia way of looking at it. In the past they've deleted stuff because it wasn't notable and then gone into the archives to ressurect stuff when (inevitably in some cases) it did become notable. I'm not 100% that would work here, but it is worth trying to keep track of what we've vapourised and, more importantly, why (I suppose keeping the "talk" page helps there so I think if we vapourise this we need to archive the contents somewhere at least). I see no good reason to delete this, it hurts nothing to keep it around. We could, however, add a note at the top regarding how we currently handle these things. ħumanUser talk:Human 16:26, 17 February 2009 (EST)
