Talk:Abortion and Nazism
Question, has anyone seen this argument that "more babies have been killed than hitler?" and is that really a valid argument for this article? As I read it, the article itself is very... um... empty.En attendant Godot 20:39, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
Hmmmm.[edit]
I am in NO WAY doubting the extent to which anti-choice activists play the Nazi card, but there's something about the article that bugs me. Technically, it should probably be "Anti-abortionism and Nazism" or something, since it's not really about abortion in Germany or occupied Europe between 1933-1945. But to have an article that's basically "Something we're opposed to and Nazism" sounds like something out of Kendoll's playbook. Suggest "Godwin's Law and the anti-abortion movement" or something, maybe? BbMaj7 On the Internet, nobody knows you're a dog. 20:46, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- I swear that i have heard people say hitler did abortions, as an argument against them. And i know one of the first "godwin's laws" was coined on the abortion pages of the net. but i read this article and say "huh?".En attendant Godot 20:52, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
- I had assumed that this and the genocide article you just edited were yours, but they were both started by ListenerX. I think there's some good stuff here that can be edited together into an article that critiques anti-abortion discourse. Each on their own is a little waek. - Nah, I might not be a good writer, but my stuff is generally at least logical and researched. This was, well it felt like some one had a red-line linky, and just tossed off something to deredline it. hehe. --En attendant Godot 21:05, 8 August 2011 (UTC)
