Expansion?[edit]

Would it be a good idea to add an overview section with links to each BoR ammendment? And maybe a notes thing for each one (like how we do rebuttals, side-by-side) as to whether the amendment is still applicable. E.G. 4th wouldn't be, due to the PATRIOT Act. Needs a worldwide viewpoint[edit]

I know the overwhelming majority of RWs editors are American, but "Bill of Rights" is originally an English declaration of rights. In my humble opinion this article should be named Bill of Rights (US) or comprise both bills and maybe even latter acts such as the French, Canadian, UN, et cetera. I'd do that myself if my expertise on common law was not even smaller than my grasp on Hegelian metaphysics. I trust someone here will be able to do a better job.
