Relevance[edit]
Is this missional? Maybe the doctrine is used by authoritarian/totalitarian regimes, or is inherently unfair, or has a racist or discriminatory effect. Aside from the use in South Africa, one of the most famous cases in the UK was Derek Bentley (a young man with learning difficulties) which is widely considered a miscarriage of justice. So you might argue it has enough problems to be worth an article. --Annanoon (talk) 14:28, 1 July 2021 (UTC)
