Talk:Constitutional crisis

This article is completely incorrect. What is described is merely one type of constitutional crisis - there are an almost infinite number of forms for them. A crisis simply occurs when a case opens a chink in the constitution that no-one thought of, and there is no legal coverage. Improvements needed please. I'll try to add some. One that comes to mind is the 'X Case' in Ireland, when a 14-year rape victim was stopped having an abortion by the State, then threatened to kill herself (and, duh, consequently the baby), which placed the State into a constitutional crisis over its constitutional requirement to both prevent abortion and protect the life of the child.
