"mere conservatism of Islam has drastic difference from the possibility of them turning into terrorists because, in the eyes of Muslims, terrorism is as despicable as Kharijites and its best avoided for them to behave as such"

this makes a claim about the origins and psychology of terrorists and muslims at large. is there evidence of this? FᴜᴢᴢʏCᴀᴛPᴏᴛᴀᴛᴏ, Esϙᴜɪʀᴇ (talk/stalk) 21:51, 21 February 2018 (UTC)

I tried to show that terrorism is a complex thing which isn’t caused alone by religious devoutness such as upholding Sharia. [1] In the process it’s notable that some devout Muslims label extremism as Khawarij in order to distance themselves from it, and calling fellow Muslims to not follow extremist behavior.[2] Some relevant Islamic logic is that Khawarij (and terrorism or extremist to a large) are prophesied by Muhammad in the Quran as apostates appearing in the future.[3] Dogeatsdog (talk) 00:33, 22 February 2018 (UTC)
