Ohmy.gif That's a lot of stubs to write to fill those red links Totnesmartin.--Bobbing up 17:33, 6 September 2008 (EDT)

one day. Seeing as my knowledge of the individual texts wouldn't cover a gnat's whisker, some may well stay red for a while. Hmm, Hypostasis of the Archons - wasn't that a Star Trek spin-off novel? Totnesmartin 18:34, 6 September 2008 (EDT)
Mmmm. I rather suspect they will stay red until the next de-redding purge.  :-) --Bobbing up 11:39, 12 September 2008 (EDT)
Or until we get someone who's as interested in the NH texts as me, but actually knows something about them. During the meanwhile, they're good for making people go "uh?" while going through Wanted Articles. We could call them the Nag of 46. Totnesmartin 11:46, 12 September 2008 (EDT)
My bet is that they get deredded before one of our frequent Nag Hammadi experts visits again and decides to write 46 articles. Want to bet a beer on that? Chat-smiley.gif --Bobbing up 11:54, 12 September 2008 (EDT)
Curse those elusive Nag Hammadi experts! Never around when you need one. :-/ --AKjeldsenCum dissensie 11:56, 12 September 2008 (EDT)
Well looks like User:TomMoore took exception to the poor reds and just wiped them out! Poor things.--Bobbing up 12:52, 12 September 2008 (EDT)

Totnesmartin 11:46, 12 September 2008 (EDT) --- The thing is, Tot, even if you know a lot, this isn't really the place to make articles on these. I've found more lists like this today, than I ever suspected we had. I get that the internet is all linky happy, but if someone really wants to put up synaposises of these books, why can't they do it here, on this page (or in other cases, on those pages), rather than make new, very short articles. --Sun mowse.pngEn attendant Godot""We are all born mad. Yes we could add summaries of the more interesting ones, although I seem to recall an argumant elsewhere about what might be "interesting"... Totnesmartin 12:10, 13 March 2009 (EDT)

Heresy[edit]

Some modern Christians dismiss hem as heresy, the article says. I've done some googling and I can't find much to go on. There's a lot of stuff about about ancient Christians doing so, of course, but nothing modern outside of the highly authoritative Yahoo! Answers. SophieWilder 09:47, 30 September 2012 (UTC)

Heresy ain't what it was. I think that the Christian canon is now so well established that they're just interesting historical documents and they aren't really going to change anything because modern believers are very happy with what they have.
