2025 RationalWiki 'Oregon Plan' Fundraiser

There is no RationalWiki without you. We are a small non-profit with no staff—we are hundreds of volunteers who document pseudoscience and crankery around the world every day. We will never allow ads because we must remain independent. We cannot rely on big donors with corresponding big agendas. We are not the largest website around, but we believe we play an important role in defending truth and objectivity.

Fighting pseudoscience isn't free.

While he was catholic, he's not exactly religious in any stretch of the imagination. Wouldn't people in the category "christian" be the kind of people who are some how active publicly in the religion? I was raised christian, but it would be quite dumb to put me in that category.Pink mowse.pngGodotThe Peyote God awaits 19:15, 22 September 2011 (UTC)

Well, he's officially visited the Pope with his wife. While quite anecdotal compared to your American fundamentalist christians, it is NOT welcome from a French president, who is supposed to be the guardian of the constitution. French institutions are built on a very strong state-church separation. So yes, for the average Frenchman, that was a clear pro-catholic message. dx713 — Unsigned, by: 86.69.67.244 / talk / contribs
