Talk:Number of Eskimo words for snow

I'm not sure about "snow just isn't that critical to the Inuit". Snow conditions (like road conditions) are pretty important when you're traveling over it. Snow isn't something that many Inuit people discuss socially, except maybe the really dull ones, but if they are out hunting, fishing and shooting they'll pay pretty close attention to it (along with the other weather conditions). Delete or Conservapedia it?[edit]
Seems totally off mission. Could make it a CP type thingy taking the piss out of Professor Ed, but otherwise totally irrelevant. --JeevesMkII The gentleman's gentleman at the other site 18:37, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- Unless we want to get into debunking urban legends then I can't see the point of it either.--Bobbing up 18:55, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- we could subsection it to... um... something. this was started after Ed's notorious intervention. It's not really worth an article in itself Wikipedia does the job fine. Totnesmartin 19:01, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- Merge in to the Ed Poor article? --JeevesMkII The gentleman's gentleman at the other site 19:07, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
- Or just link that wp converstion. In which case this can go. Totnesmartin 19:09, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
