How is "comparing gay marriage to interracial marriage" playing the race card? One tin soldier (talk) 18:36, 18 June 2014 (UTC)

An opponent of marriage equality might argue that by comparing the struggle for marriage equality to the civil rights struggle is playing the race card by trying to portray homosexuality as something worthy of protection like race, when it is a chosen behavior. That preson would be wrong, of course, but, to them, wrapping up the marriage of Steve and Richard in the flag of "I have a dream" is an inappropriate use of civil rights discourse. "Right" of Iran to have the bomb[edit]

Someone deleted what I added regarding the "Iran has a right to have the bomb" canard. Well there surely is a pervasive current of whataboutery going on in the Iranian nukes debate, when many people say "But the US has nukes" - as if that somehow justifies the Iran having nukes. And yes the race card is played from time to time by those sumbitches who want to nuclearly arm Aytollah Khamenei and his merry hangmen. 95.90.213.64 (talk) 02:19, 14 January 2016 (UTC)

Can you show a few people of any note making the argument that opposing a nuclear Iran is racist?---Mona- (talk) 02:32, 14 January 2016 (UTC)
AvengeroftheBoN: if that is you, you need to stop sockpuppet editing. You just appeared days ago, and your first fucking edit was a personal attack on Mona, your sworn arch-nemesis! You even mention the fact that she banned you! The majority of your other comments were about Israel or the Middle-East. Do you honestly think we don't realize you're sockpuppet editing? Do you really believe we're that stupid? Stop it. Its not funny or useful, and it is a rule violation. Pbfreespace3 (talk) 03:22, 14 January 2016 (UTC))
